A beautiful blue grey star sapphire set in 22ct gold, 18ct granules and silver and 18ct band
When held under a bright light the star sapphire will show its secret star which glides across the surface of the stone
The sapphire is a cabochon cut, 4.3ct, 10.5mm x 9.5mm
